Our Promise:

We promise to give you a price immediately before departing your home, and will never press you to make a decision or imply that you should choose us on the spot. If you do choose us on the spot, we'll do our best to work out scheduling details during the home-visit. Part of the reason for visiting your home is to make you specific promises about what we will clean, not to explain what we won't clean.

The Visit:

Regarding the times available to meet you, we are flexible and will meet you at your home at a time which is convenient for you. The visit is performed by one of our managers and usually takes from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on your schedule. During the visit we answer any specific questions you may have about our company and services, and establish the scope of the assignment by touring your house and listing what you would like done during the initial cleaning and regular housekeeping visits.

Once we have established the scope of the assignments, we estimate the time it will take, and give you prices. We always quote weekly and every two-week prices (prices for other frequencies are often available upon request). We also give a price for the initial cleaning, which may or may not be different from the two-week price, depending on the condition of your home at the time. Our price quotes are good for one year, and you may always try our service once without an obligation to appoint us for a longer period.

Selecting a housekeeper is an important decision, and if you are in doubt, then we encourage prospective customers to try several companies on a trial basis before trying us. It generally makes them appreciate us more once they have finally selected us.
